UK band Archie Bronson Outfit were already one of the most intriguing rock bands around before they hooked up with DFA label founder Tim Goldsworthy to record their latest album. And, their Aus tour a few years back proved they were one of the most intense live rock bands in the world. Their third album Coconut slipped out quietly in March and quite simply is a stunning effort. What's more stunning is that more people aren't shooting their wads over it. Hopefully new single 'Hoola' will change that - on Coconut it sounded like an extra-raunchy pop punk number, remixed by House Of David and it sounds like The Fall with Mark E Smith on a wild bender.
